MyFitSolutions.io (“we,” “us,” or “the service”) provides independent consulting for fitness studios. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how it is handled, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to answer your enquiries and deliver consulting, and we do not sell your personal information.

• Contact form. When you submit the form, we collect your name and email address, plus your studio name, phone number, and message when you choose to provide them.
• Messaging. If you contact us via our live chat or email, we receive whatever information you choose to share in those conversations.
• Campaign attribution. If you arrive through a campaign link, its referral parameters may be kept temporarily in your browser for the current session and submitted with an inquiry so we can understand which campaigns are effective.
• Payments. When you pay, your payment is handled directly by our payment provider, PayPal. We receive confirmation that a payment was made and basic transaction details, but we never receive or store your full card number or bank credentials.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our host may automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We use Google Analytics to understand overall visitor traffic (such as pages viewed and general location); it does not collect names, emails, or payment details. We do not use advertising tracking. Your light/dark theme preference is stored locally in your own browser and is not sent to us.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and provide consulting services.
• To process and confirm payments for services you request.
• To keep records of our correspondence and engagements, and to meet any legal or tax obligations.
• To operate, secure, and maintain the website.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers to operate the service. Each only receives the data needed for its function, and each has its own privacy policy:

• PayPal — to process payments.
• Google Analytics — to understand overall website traffic.
• MyFit AI — to receive and manage contact-form submissions as leads.
• Crisp — to provide the live chat on our website and deliver your messages to us.
• Vercel — to host and serve the website.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and engagement records only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain our business records, and comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or securely retain it as required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal record-keeping requirements. To make a request, email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The service is intended for business owners and operators and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
