Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MyFitSolutions.io and the consulting services provided through it. By using the website, contacting us, or paying for a consultation, you agree to these terms.

Independent service — not affiliated with software providers

MyFitSolutions.io is an independent consulting service. We are notaffiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official partner of Hapana or any other third-party fitness platform, and we do not represent those providers. Any product names, trademarks, and brands (including “Hapana”) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only. For official support, warranties, or account matters, you should contact your software provider directly.

Services

We provide expert guidance, troubleshooting help, optimization recommendations, and answers to everyday questions related to your fitness studio software setup, as described on the site. Consulting is advisory in nature: we help you understand options and best practices, but you remain responsible for decisions made and changes applied to your own systems, accounts, and data.

Rates & billing

• One-time consulting is billed at $49 USD per hour, pay-as-you-go, unless a separate project scope is agreed.
• Payment is generally requested after we have reviewed your issue and agreed on the estimated consulting time. You pay for the number of hours agreed.
• Payments are currently accepted through PayPal, including any eligible payment options PayPal presents during checkout. Applicable payment-provider fees and currency conversions are handled by the provider.

Refunds & cancellations

If we are unable to provide the consulting time you paid for, or if there is a genuine issue with a payment, contact us and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it, including issuing a refund where appropriate. Time already spent providing consulting is generally non-refundable.

Managed plans and project scope

Managed-service plans cover reasonable ongoing support for day-to-day platform and operational needs. Larger implementations, migrations, custom integrations, extensive data cleanup, automation builds, and other substantial projects may require a separate scope and price. Any separate project work will be discussed before it begins. Plans are not round-the-clock or unlimited support.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining your own backups and access credentials, and for reviewing any recommendations before applying them. Do not share passwords or sensitive credentials with us; we do not need them to provide guidance.

No guarantees & limitation of liability

Consulting is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. While we aim to give accurate, helpful guidance, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or that any issue will be resolved. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific consultation in question, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
